Reservations
We highly recommend that all spa treatments are booked in advance to avoid disappointment. Treatments may be purchased individually or as part of a spa package.

Please check in at Swasana Spa 15 minutes prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 6 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment; if not a 50% cancellation fee is applicable. Please call us, we will be happy to reschedule. Treatment packages are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Pricing
The prices are quoted in Thai Baht net inclusive of all privilege taxes.
Preparing for your treatment
Please arrive in at the Spa at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure you receive the maximum treatment time. If you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly. For men, we recommend you shave at least 1 hour prior to having a facial treatment.
What to wear
You may wish to wear your own bikini for bath treatment, alternatively treatment may be enjoyed without clothing or we can provide you with hygienic disposable underwear. Our therapist will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy.
We listen
Although we do our best to anticipate your needs, everyone is different. Please let your therapist know if there is any way that she can improve your treatment or comfort, for example: heavier or lighter massage pressure, an extra towel, etc. We welcome your feedback, so please fill in a guest questionnaire following your treatment.
